Offset Printing

Our largest press is a four-colour Heidelberg MOVP convertible perfector (can print one and two colours on both sides of the sheet at the same time). We are proud of its registration capabilities for tight work and inking ability for large solids. Our maximum image size is 18.5"x25" with a maximum sheet size of 19" x 25.5".

Our press crew is very experienced and will run your job to the highest of lithographic quality standards. Conventional offset printing is still the best way to produce the highest quality at the least cost for longer run jobs.

We are happy to accept almost any file type. We have a fully qualified in-house prepress department to preflight your files and generate colour correct proofs. Our prepress department uses a state-of-the-art pdf workflow for preflighting files to ensure that they will image correctly for whatever output is required. We insist on proofs for every print job. These vary in type depending on the type of job, but for offset colour proofs the proofer is calibrated to the press.
